Welcome Note

       This was an exciting year at Promakos. We launched the Criminal Trial Book and watched it get an enthusiastic reception from you, the criminal trial lawyers. Sales exceeded our optimistic expectations.          

       More importantly, we learned a lot.  As I went to many criminal law seminars selling the e-book I received feedback from the trial lawyers, in terms of both suggestions for additional trial topics to be covered and criticism. The one frequent complaint was that the e-book was not downloadable.          

       We listened.         

       Promakos announces the second edition of the Criminal Trial Book, which is completely downloadable. Now you save it to your hard drive, copy and paste the many brief-ready case law quotes to your brief or print it out. Let us know how you like it.          

       Many of you have asked me what Promakos means. It is a word from classical Greek meaning front line fighter. In ancient Greek the best fighters were put on the front lines.
